Hello again compers! How is your week going, any nice wins to report? A few bits here including a Lauren Pope (of TOWIE “fame”) jumper in a twitter comp, a lunchbox and some stationery from the Tesco / Capri Sun text comp, a Spode spoon rest from twitter, a Kilner Jar in a Facebook comp and a £50 Debenhams voucher in an instant win comp. I have won a few stationery prizes this month, so don’t think we will ever be short of a pen in our house! Hello again compers! How was your week? Any nice wins to report? Still pretty quiet here, as not ramped up to full comping speed yet. My youngest started reception this week, as you know, and today is her first full day – hurrah! Did your little ones start or go back to school this week? Any tears? All gone quite smooth here so far, no tears just two very tired children (and parents, come to think of it)! I can cope with that though, just means lots of lovely quiet evenings to be spent comping – hurrah!
Hello again compers! How was your weekend? Get up to anything exciting? It was the last weekend before our youngest started school this week, so we had a quiet one. You know the drill – duvet days, lots of snacks, favourite foods (nachos and homemade pizzas in our case), and getting the girls ready for their first full week at school – exciting times! Hello again compers! Well, how was your first week back at school or work? Any tears, from adults or children? My eldest started back at school last week (Year 4 now, big girl), and my youngest started “big school” Reception class on Monday – today will be her first full day, so we shall see how she is when I pick her up at 3pm! Hello again compers! Well, here we are in September, the summer holidays are over, and normality has resumed – well it is starting to normalise in this house, slowly. My eldest went back to school today, starting in Year 4. My youngest is starting Reception, but won’t go until Monday next week, so she has a few more days grace yet. I am starting to get back into comping a little more, now that the evenings aren’t exclusively spent out of doors, and early nights are the order of the day in the week again.
