Something For The Weekend - Win a Heat & Hug Koala with Cushelle

Hello again compers!  How is your week going, any nice wins to report?  I had notification this week that I was a runner up in the Arniston Bay Infusion text comp at Tesco – won a nice case of their wines for Christmas, perfect!  Also had a surprise bundle of Michael Morpurgo books turn up – no cover note or comp slip – so not sure what comp this was from.  My daughter is a big fan of his books though, so she was delighted all the same!  So, December is almost upon us, how do you feel? Little do my children know that today their bedroom is being converted into a Winter Wonderland while they are at school!  My husband has sourced some lovely scene setters for the walls, a fireplace stick around, some new personalised Christmas duvet sets, white netting lights for their window, fluffy cushions and rugs – going to look quite magical when it is finished!  Christmas trees will be going up this weekend too; will they be in your house too?  We usually wait until 1^st December, but as it is a Monday this year, one of the busiest comping days of the year, and the children have school, homework and club commitments we thought it would be easier to do all the work over the weekend – can’t wait!

I am officially done with buying Christmas gifts - hurrah!  Apart from a few small stocking filler items, Christmas can come to our house now, I am ready!  One thing I always like to put in the stockings is a new festive themed cuddly toy each.  Last year we were lucky enough to win a few Cushelle koalas from the on-pack promotion – did you play that one?  They were very cute little koalas with purple Christmas hats on, and are a still a firm favourite here.  Cushelle are running another on-pack promotion this year, and I am happy to report I have already won on it twice!  Pick up a promotional pack of the toilet tissue and you could be winning one of 6,552 of their cute Heat & Hug Koalas every 10 minutes!  These adorable looking cuddlies have a removable lavender scented, microwaveable pack inside them, which turns them into a hot, scented cuddly treat for anyone!  Imagine the joy of getting home from school or work, or getting up on a cold morning and grabbing a warm, gorgeous smelling, cuddly koala to help warm you up!  My girls will be getting one of these each in their stockings.  To enter the competition you need to enter the code from your pack at http://www.cushellewinterwin.co.uk/ - you get a 10 minute slot to enter in, and the winner of that slot is emailed after the slot closes.  Choose your slot wisely, as you can only enter once per household per day, no matter how many different codes you have.  I won my first koala on the 08:30 slot and the other at 19:40, when presumably everyone was watching TV, so give it a go!  The promotion runs every 10 mins from 08:00 to 20:00 every day until 30^th January 2015, so you have plenty of opportunities to win yourself a cuddly companion for the winter.
