October Success Stories

Hello everyone!  How is your week going, any nice wins to report?  Just one win for me so far for November of some Bear Nibbles goodies in their Facebook instant win game.  My girls love their cereal and sweets, so this is a nice treat win – I have won a few times with them in the past too.  How is your November going, have the wins from the end of month coms started flooding in yet?  Not quite sure how we are so far into the year already though to be honest – my youngest started rehearsing Christmas songs at school this week – week!  I am pretty happy with how organised we are though as all our Christmas shopping was done by the end of October – most organised I think we have been in years!  Any wins that come in now are just bonus gifts, and I am trying to win as many Amazon vouchers as I can to pay for decorations etc.  Have you started your Christmas shopping yet, or maybe you are organised like me and are already done!

October was a pretty good month for me as I managed to win myself 11 prizes totalling around £120 in value which isn’t bad at all considering how busy I have been.  My favourite prize was probably the £20 Amazon voucher I won in a Twitter party along with the £10 Amazon Voucher I also won with the J2O online Blippar comp.  All these vouchers add up nicely and go towards funding the Christmas decs for the house.  I also managed to win some lovely Christmas gifts my girls though including a “colour away your worries” colouring book that was really handy for my eldest when she was in hospital recently, and a “Let’s bake” book from a twitter comp, which my eldest will also love as she is made on her cooking!

One of our lovely members had a great win this month too, even though it wasn’t what she was expecting!  Having won a goody bag in a Facebook competition but not been messaged by the promoter the unhappy member tried in vain to get in touch with them to claim their prize.  Fortunately that’s when the Comping Crusader got involved!  After several letters, emails and messages the fortunate member finally had the best possible result – an apology and two gift cards arriving in the post totalling £175!  Well done Comping Crusader, you saved the day!  If you have a comping problem that you need help with don’t forget to get in touch with Comping Crusader here

A story this month serves to show that you can win those huge, big ticket competitions as one of our lovely members won a car this month!  Well, to be exact her husband did the actual wining, but the truth is that they are now the proud owners of a brand new VW Beetle courtesy of Londis and Walkers!  Goes to show that perseverance really can pay off, and real people really do win the amazing prizes we all read about – gives us all heaps of hope, well done!
