WHAT A SURPRISE (May 2014 issue)

It is always a surprise to get a winning email, but even more so when you didn't realise there was a STAR PRIZE up for grabs. Here Compers News member Lisa Hughes tells us about her unexpected trip to Florida. “I won the trip courtesy of Doritos”, she told us, “and I didn’t even know at the time that there was a holiday prize!” “With this particular promotion there were lots of little prizes to be won with codes from Doritos packs. I managed to win quite a few and didn’t think any more of it, until one day I received an email from them telling me I’d won an all-expenses paid holiday for 4 people, including 5* accommodation, food and park tickets. As the email was automated and I didn’t even remember entering for the prize, I didn’t think it was real until I checked and investigated further! We ended up taking the kids in August which is a really expensive time to go. Not bad at all for a prize that I didn’t even know existed!”
