Katie Bennett from Plymouth tells us about her amazing trip to Las Vegas.
"I have been comping for around three years and last year I was lucky enough to win my first biggie - a trip to Las Vegas. I couldn't believe it then and I still can't believe it now after going on what was surely a trip of a lifetime! I have never had so much fun in my all my life. From seeing the famous Las Vegas strip to actually being in the Grand Canyon, it was a holiday I'll never forget and I only wish it lasted longer.
Having tasted the winning holiday buzz I'm now on the look out for my next big win, so watch this space."
Gill Saunders gets to see the sights of Rio.
"I have just returned from the most amazing week spent in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, all thanks to being an avid, and sometimes mad, comper. In fact, I entered this particular competition not only because I wanted to visit South America, but because the entry requirements were really quirky and original. Entrants were asked to take a series of photographs such as dancing in a conga line, juggling, enjoying cocktails at Las iguanas and wearing flip flops to work.
Sipping Brazilian caipirinhas and dressing up - perfect, just my kind of comp. Especially when my entry was deemed the winner!"
It is not always about the winning, but sometimes about it's about the giving as well as Christine Shelley from Southampton tells us.
"One of my wins last month was a case of dog food - but we don't have a dog! We took it to our local Blue Cross, who are always grateful for donations of food for the animals. Here is a photograph of us delivering it to the Centre."

Helen Hodglinson-Peters wrote to tell us about her latest win.
"The comp was in my local paper to win a makeover in London courtesy of isme.com, the prize included travel, an overnight stay, and fashion & makeup advice from Lynda Bellingham. We’d also get to keep the outfit, jewellery and shoes that we’d be modelling.
Meeting Lynda was great, she was really friendly and helpful and all the team who did our make-up and hair could not have looked after us any better. When I got chatting to one of the other winners I found out she was a Compers News member too. What a coincidence! Here’s a photo of me with Lynda – I’m the one in the pink dress."
The Lindt Gold Bunny recently came to call on Sue Mackinnon… would it bring news of a £10,000 win?
When Compers News member Kevin Francis went shopping with his brother’s girlfriend, he told her all about the Lindt Gold Bunnies competition and persuaded her to buy a couple. Lo and behold just a few days later Sue Mackinnon had a call to tell her that she was a lucky winner!
The Lindt Bunny Mobile rolled up to Sue’s house and as you’ll know if you’ve been following this comp, each winner gets to choose one of 12 envelopes – eleven of them contain a holiday worth £1,500, but one hides a £10,000 holiday of a lifetime. Which prize would Sue pick? Sadly the biggie eluded her, but Sue was still thrilled to win a £1,500 holiday and was also left with stacks of delicious Lindt chocolate goodies!
