Hi, I got notification in Mid April from "Your Cat Magazine", that I'd won a Vets Kitchen Ultra Premium Cat Food Hamper.I have been in email contact regularly with a young lady Maria Vitale.Apparently there's been a problem at the factory and they're still waiting for the delivery. OK Magazine Clothes Show Competition August 2015
I won this competition to win tickets to the Clothes Show and a Voucher for £200 to spend at Rose Garden Waterfall online shop. (Jewellery and crystals.) I arranged for the tickets to be sent to my daughter, and she enjoyed her trip to the Clothes Show. But I never received the voucher. The Representative, Hayley, tried to contact the Rose Garden Waterfall owner (Chloe) without success. Eventually I managed to email her, and she said she had had to close the shop because of a 'family grievance'. On the 4th December 2015 she said that she would get it to me as soon as she could - but I never received that part of my prize. Where do I stand and have others had the same experience?
